I started Houston Griffin Notary, Signing Agency out of a pure passion for servicing people. My goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing company that I am proud to call my own.
Since opening in 2021, I have become proficient in my craft. I will go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied and will work with me again. My goal is to make your experience enjoyable. I am Fidelity approved, Secure Insight vetted and approved, NNA and LSS certified, and a RON, remote online notary certified by the state of Florida. I have over 30 years experience and I am very flexible with scheduling and am available 24 hours a day. I am a notary commissioned in the state of Florida, certified by the NNA. I am also well trained and certified by LSS Loan Signing System. I service the areas of Orange, Osceola, Volusia, and Seminole counties. I've also combined my experiences and knowledge to assist you with real estate transactions, personal health directives, powers of attorney, and all other areas involving notarizations. I've also taken the Florida Real Estate course which gives me the knowledge as an agent. I am a Loan Signing Agent who knows how to walk a signer through a loan document and understand the importance of properly capturing each signature, date and initial and I am Fidelity approved. I understand the importance deadlines and will ensure that documents are properly packaged and returned promptly. My number one priority is always to provide high quality service to my clients and their borrowers.
